Actually, they don't exist - but I have been worried about my son's allergies - wet diapers and so on. I'm so so glad that I won't contribute a bigger risk of allergies to him. Even if they're not scary allergies- it's still best to avoid them - and I am really lucky to not have any! I was more worried about the outdoor and indoor stuff b/c of my stuffy nose issue but I guess that's just a fun side-effect of being me. :) I know, my allergies are not scary nor or they life-threatening. My one twin, was extremely allergic to LOTS of food and it didn't just cause a belly ache. We're talking internal bleeding from the stomach and intestines! NOT pretty and VERY scary! Had that been the case, I would have cut much more of these foods out of my diet, but I don't think it's necessary, I'll stick with moderation:) And I can never figure out what the heck I reacted to most of the time!!!!:) That’s just how I was feeling- but it is nice to know that when I’m eating foods that I react to like some processed soy, that my body is not attacking it from the inside like an allergen. I know I have gluten intolerance, but not allergy...as for other items like dairy, I'm still unsure whether I am ok/allergic/intolerant. I've been trying to find out the old-fashioned way (food diary + elimination diet), but it's hard to come up with anything conclusive! Thank you for sharing. It seemed like such a waste of time and money:( But not really...since it cleared some things up for me - that I'm stuck with this and it's just me. And also - my husband was the total opposite of me and allergic to everything - but his symptoms are also far worse than mine. Mine are there, but his are awful! I know!
