O doesn&#039;t like hummus:(  And neither does my husband, so I eat it all the time...by myself, that is a great one.  The roasted garbanzo beans?  I&#039;ll have to try it, if I can pull it off to be a really cool and fun treat without my hubby around who will make faces like a child, then it just may work, thanks for the ideas! :)</description>

What about roasted garbonzo beans? I roast them in olive oil with nutritional yeast on them... great way to get lots of vitamins as well as a soy free protein :)

Hummus and refried beans are also a great healthy soy free way to get protein. I use them as dips or spreads.</description>
