Ooo, I am curious about what you’ll think of the cookies! I forgot to mention that, though I usually use the raw sugar as called for, last time I used brown sugar and I liked how they turned out. But both are good.

I definitely wouldn’t consider myself an oat flour expert, but I have been lucky with it over and over and am just loving it! I will try these with oat flour or/mix and see what I come up with if it works! I’ve had a little baking hiatus and it’s time to get cookin again!
….and those pics, all the ones I’ve seen are not only hits, but out of the ballpark!

Thank you for your kind comments! I consider my food photos very hit and miss; I have a decent camera but my camera skills are not so decent…Working on it though! Hey, have you ever experimented with this recipe before http://viveleveganrecipes.blogspot.com/2006/01/homestyle-chocolate-chip-cookies.html ? It is for vegan chocolate chip cookies. I love it and am curious about whether you think it would work using all oat flour? I’ve used various GF mixes I’ve come up with, and it has worked quite well. You are the oat flour expert though!

Fanna is in the Friuli region- Far Northeast- Friuli borders Austria. The closest place most people know of is Venice, about an hour drive or so. Fanna even has a street named after my maiden name:) The scenery, people, food – everything is wonderful so far everywhere I’ve been for sure! But maybe my personal favorite food is the Umbrian region… pastries in Assisi. YUMMMMMMY

Yay! So nice to get to know you better. I’ve been to Italy 3 times now and can’t wait to go back. Whereabouts is Fanna? I’ve spent most of my time in the north and in Tuscany but have been as far down as Naples.
